\nrespondent.aiapproachhed  in W.P.No.14956\/2009. This<\/p>\n
coisat vfide order”–dat_e_d,15.6.2009 set–aside the order of second<\/p>\n
 respondentdated 21.5.2009 and remanded the matter to the<\/p>\n
‘second respondent — Tahsildar for fresh disposal in accordance<\/p>\n
 with .layvf_. Further this court directed the first respondent to<\/p>\n
initiate disciplinary proceedings against the then Tahsildar of<\/p>\n

the present Tahsildar and requested dispose” the <\/p>\n
