RAMKUMAR, J.\n                    = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n                      Crl.M.C.No.1192 of 2008\n                   = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n              Dated this the 19th day of March, 2008\n\n                               ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The Petitioner, who is the accused in Crime No.99\/07 of Kasba<\/p>\n<p>Police Station, Kozhikode for offences punishable under sections 468<\/p>\n<p>&amp; 421 IPC and whose case is pending as C.C.No.282 of 2005 on the<\/p>\n<p>file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kozhikode, seeks a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the said Magistrate to release the petitioner on bail on the date of his<\/p>\n<p>surrender itself.\n<\/p>\n<p>            2. Admittedly non bailable warrants of arrest are pending<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner.    The circumstances under which those non<\/p>\n<p>bailable warrants of arrest came to be issued against the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>are not discernible to this Court. It is only proper that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>surrenders before the learned Magistrate and seeks regular bail.<\/p>\n<p>         Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Case is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>permitting the petitioner to surrender before the learned Magistrate<\/p>\n<p>and file an application for regular bail within a period of two weeks<\/p>\n<p>from today. In case the petitioner complies with the above condition,<\/p>\n<p>his bail application shall be considered and disposed of on merits<\/p>\n<p>preferably on the same date on which it is filed notwithstanding the<\/p>\n<p>pendency of non bailable warrants, if any, against him.<\/p>\n<p>                                         V.
