Kiran Raj Kumar Singh\n                                      ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/      11.04.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Torture for demand of dowry is the allegation.<\/p>\n<p>                     Submission is that no demand ever was made rather she was cruel in<\/p>\n<p>                     her behaviour which could not be tolerated by the petitioner so, he<\/p>\n<p>                     filed the divorce case. Having knowledge of divorce case, this<\/p>\n<p>                     complaint petition is filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                     prayer of the petitioner for bail is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Complaint Case No. 728 of 2009 above named<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                     the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gaya subject to the conditions as laid<\/p>\n<p>                     down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
