Petitioner has sought for grant of bail in cor:-negction<\/p>\n
with Crime No.34\/.2009 of Gadiganoor Police <\/p>\n
district for the alleged offences punishable <\/p>\n
504, 323, 324, 436, 109 R\/W sec.:a4″o~\u00a3.Ipe’,<\/p>\n
It is alleged that in connection with?’moneyltransaction<\/p>\n
there is said to be a quarrel between one C1-adi.ijin.ggapa and]<\/p>\n
the accused and the accused  to ha.ve..ic_auseicf;l bleeding
\ninjury to Gadiiingapa.  t1,;e,i” cornsifjlainant and his wife<\/p>\n
went thereto’15ac.i_fyithe,tjuarre.l, the accused abused them in
\n\ufb01lthy language’  them. Later, accused are said<\/p>\n
to havetoglit lire theilhut of the complainant. It is alleged<\/p>\n
 due  of fire to the hut the complaint has suffered<\/p>\n
I  glossigto-ithei :};:m;-~ of about Rs.40,000\/- to Rs.60,000\/– worth<\/p>\n
articles’andutensils were burnt in the said incident. For the<\/p>\n
 said offeirice complaint was filed against the petitioner and<\/p>\n
ii  other accused.\n<\/p>\n
