Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :06\/11\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                     ===============\n                 W.P.(C) NO. 32869 OF 2007 K\n               =====================\n\n           Dated this the 6th day of November, 2007\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Against Ext.P1 order of assessment, petitioner has filed<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P2 appeal and Ext.P3 stay petition. During the pendency of<\/p>\n<p>the stay petition, by Ext.P4, revenue recovery proceedings have<\/p>\n<p>been initiated and hence this writ petition.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    In view of the pendency of the matter before the<\/p>\n<p>Appellate Authority, I dispose of this writ petition directing that<\/p>\n<p>the Appellate Authority shall consider and pass orders in the<\/p>\n<p>appeal, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within eight<\/p>\n<p>weeks of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
