Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :29\/09\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                           KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n                 ---------------------------------------\n                     W.P.(C) No.10029 OF 2006\n                 ---------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 29th day of September, 2008.\n\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayers:<\/p>\n<p>      i)    To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate<\/p>\n<p>            writ\/order or direction to the 1st respondent to cancel the<\/p>\n<p>            sanction\/ licence issued to the 6th respondent for starting<\/p>\n<p>            the petrol pump.\n<\/p>\n<p>      ii)   To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate<\/p>\n<p>            writ\/order or direction to the 4th respondent to cancel the<\/p>\n<p>            NOC given to the 6th respondent to start a petrol pump.<\/p>\n<p>      iii)  To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate<\/p>\n<p>            writ\/order or direction to the 3rd and 4th respondent to<\/p>\n<p>            initiate proceedings against the 6th respondent under<\/p>\n<p>            Land Conservancy Act and land utilization order 1967.<\/p>\n<p>      It is seen from Exhibit P3 that the Sub Divisional Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>Fort Cochin has seized the matter. This writ petition is disposed<\/p>\n<p>of directing the said authority to pass final orders in the matter, if<\/p>\n<p>not already passed.        Interim order passed by this Court will<\/p>\n<p>continue till such time.
