No.28975 of 2010\n                                    CHAMPA DEVI\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   11.8.2010                  Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to<\/p>\n<p>                 implead the persons whom he wanted to be summoned for trial<\/p>\n<p>                 under Section 319 Cr.
