No. 686 OF 2009\n         -----------------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 26th day of June, 2009\n\n                       J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Pius C.Kuriakose, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>     We are not inclined to admit this appeal which pertains<\/p>\n<p>to acquisition of land in Kowdiar Village for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>widening of National Highway from Kesavadasapuram to<\/p>\n<p>P.M.G. Reach II pursuant to section 4(1) notification<\/p>\n<p>published on 28-4-1999.         The land acquisition officer<\/p>\n<p>awarded land value at the rate of Rs.3,18,416\/- per Are<\/p>\n<p>which   under    the   impugned      judgment     enhanced to<\/p>\n<p>Rs.6,10,493\/-. It is fairly conceded by the learned Govt.<\/p>\n<p>Pleader that the enhancement at the same rate granted by<\/p>\n<p>the learned Sub Judge in cases pertaining to identical<\/p>\n<p>properties has been approved by this Court.
