Appellant<\/p>\n<p>also appears in person. Parties have settled the matter. It is now<\/p>\n<p>agreed that the appellant pays Rs.1,30,000\/-(Rupees one lakh thirty<\/p>\n<p>thousand only) to the first respondent\/counsel for the respondent, in<\/p>\n<p>full and final settlement of all the disputes between the parties. First<\/p>\n<p>installment of Rs.30,000\/-(Rupees thirty thousand only) will be paid on<\/p>\n<p>or before 30th September, 2009 and second installment of Rs.40,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees forty thousand only) will be paid on or before 30th December,<\/p>\n<p>2009 and the balance amount of Rs.60,000\/-(Rupees sixty thousand<\/p>\n<p>only) will be paid on or before 30th March,2010.
