His jail<br \/>\nrecord suggests that he has already been undergone sentence of more<br \/>\nthan 10 years and 6 months including period of set off. During this<br \/>\nperiod, he has been granted temporary bail, parole and furlough<br \/>\nleave. On all occasions, he surrendered on time except one he<br \/>\nsurrendered late.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances, he is ordered to be released on parole for a<br \/>\nperiod of 15 days on depositing a sum of Rs.5,000\/-.
