SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 14\/05\/2010 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nJUDGMENT<\/pre>\n<p>1.\t\tMr.Gaurav<br \/>\nChudasama, learned advocate appearing for Mr.Yatin Soni, leaned<br \/>\nadvocate appearing on behalf of the Opponent, has stated at the bar<br \/>\nthat parties have settled the dispute amicably and an agreement in<br \/>\nwriting dated 15\/02\/2010 is also executed between the parties. He has<br \/>\nproduced on record xerox copy of the agreement dated 15\/02\/2010,<br \/>\nwhich is directed to be taken on the record. In view of the above, he<br \/>\nhas requested to dispose of the present Civil Revision Application as<br \/>\nhaving become infructuous with a liberty to revive in case of<br \/>\ndifficulty.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances, without expressing anything on merits and in view<br \/>\nof the subsequent development, the present Civil Revision Application<br \/>\nis dismissed as having become infructuous with above liberty.
