JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 10\/10\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tMr.A.A.Ansari,<br \/>\nlearned advocate, states that the matter be adjourned as<br \/>\nMr.I.H.Saiyed, learned advocate, who has received instructions to<br \/>\nappear on behalf of respondent No.4, is not available.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nrequest is opposed by Mr.M.T.M.Hakim, learned advocate for the<br \/>\npetitioners, by pointing out that though Mr.Ansari made a statement<br \/>\non 27.09.2011, that has been recorded in the order of that date, to<br \/>\nthe effect that Mr.I.H.Saiyed, learned advocate, has received<br \/>\ninstructions to appear on behalf of respondent No.1, and time had<br \/>\nbeen prayed for to file the Vakalatnama, no Vakalatnama has been<br \/>\nfiled by Mr.Saiyed, till date. It is further submitted by the learned<br \/>\nadvocate for the petitioners that on 06.09.2011, another learned<br \/>\nadvocate had stated that he has received instructions to appear on<br \/>\nbehalf of respondent No.5 and time had been granted in order to file<br \/>\nthe Vakalatnama and affidavit-in-reply and the matter was directed to<br \/>\nbe listed on 27.09.2011. However, no Vakalatnama has been filed on<br \/>\nbehalf of respondent No.5, as well.
