Reasons  as  to why appeals could<br \/>\n\tnot be filed in time are  stated in paras 2 and 3 of the<br \/>\n\tapplications.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\t view  of  the fact that the reasons stated in<br \/>\n\tthe  applications  have  not  been  controverted<br \/>\n\t by the    otherside  by filing an affidavit and also in view of the<br \/>\n\tprinciples governing the discretionary exercise<br \/>\n\tof  power under Sec.5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, I am of the view<br \/>\n\tthat  sufficient cause has been stated for not filing the appeals in<br \/>\n\ttime and hence, delay caused in  filing  appeals is to be condoned<br \/>\n\tand civil applications are required to be allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>For<br \/>\n\t the  aforesaid   reasons,   applications are allowed.   Delay of<br \/>\n\t183 days caused in filing First Appeals is condoned.
