Both the parties were heard on 11\/1\/2010.\n\n2.     The appellant has grievances regarding termination of his services. He\nhas already approached the Court for seeking legal remedy in the matter.\n\n3.      In the course of hearing, it emerged that the appellant has asked for\ninformation relating to the identity of the advocates, who are pursuing the matter\nin the Court on behalf of the respondent and the details of expenditure incurred<\/pre>\n<p>on them. He has also sought to know about the issuance of complimentary<br \/>\ntickets, if any, for attending the Court cases in Delhi and Mumbai.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.     During the hearing, the PIO clarified the questions raised by the appellant<br \/>\nand agreed to furnish a fresh suitable reply within 10 working days from the date<br \/>\nof issue of this decision.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.
