BASANT, J.\n\n                 --------------------------------------------\n\n                          B.A. NO.  4503  of 2007\n\n                 --------------------------------------------\n\n                Dated this the   26th   day of July, 2007\n\n\n                                  ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Application   for   regular   bail.     The   petitioner   faces<\/p>\n<p>allegations under Sec.302 of the IPC.       Earlier, she had come<\/p>\n<p>to  this   Court  with   a  prayer   for   anticipatory   bail   and   by  order<\/p>\n<p>dated   3\/7\/07   in   B.A.No.4114\/07,   that   prayer   was   rejected.<\/p>\n<p>This  order   must be   read  in   continuation   of that  order.       I  am<\/p>\n<p>not   hence   adverting   to   the   facts   in   any   great   detail.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequent   to   the   dismissal   of   the   said   anticipatory   bail<\/p>\n<p>application, the petitioner had surrendered before the learned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate   having   jurisdiction   on   9\/7\/07.     She   continues   in<\/p>\n<p>custody   from   that   date.       A   period   of   15   days   has   already<\/p>\n<p>elapsed.   The Case Diary has been perused by me.   There are<\/p>\n<p>indications   to   show   that   the   accused   was   taken   into   police<\/p>\n<p>custody;  but   the     statement of   the  accused  is  not  seen   in   the<\/p>\n<p>Case Diary at all.   This is very unsatisfactory, if, as a matter of<\/p>\n<p>fact,   the   petitioner   had   been   taken   to   police   custody   and<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\"> B.A. NO.  4503  of 2007               -: 2 :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>interrogated, I would expect   the statement, if any, recorded of<\/p>\n<p>the accused to be there in the Case Diary.  However, the learned<\/p>\n<p>Public   Prosecutor   submits   that   the   police   custody   has   been<\/p>\n<p>obtained   and   the   police   have   already   got   an   opportunity   to<\/p>\n<p>interrogate the petitioner in custody.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Be that as it may,   I am satisfied that, in the facts and<\/p>\n<p>circumstances   to   which   reference   is   already   made,   it   is   not<\/p>\n<p>necessary to insist on continued detention of the petitioner now.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     In   the   facts   and   circumstances   of   this   case,   subject   to<\/p>\n<p>appropriate   conditions,   regular   bail   can   be   granted   to   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, I am satisfied.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.  In the result:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      (a)  The application is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      (b) The petitioner shall be released on bail on the following<\/p>\n<p>terms and conditions:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      (i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.50,000\/-  with<\/p>\n<p>two solvent sureties each for the  like sum to the satisfaction  of<\/p>\n<p>the learned Magistrate.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      (ii)   The   petitioner   shall   make   herself   available     for<\/p>\n<p>interrogation before the Investigating Officer on all Mondays and<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\"> B.A. NO.  4503  of 2007          -: 3 :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Fridays between 10 a.m. and 12 noon for a period of two months<\/p>\n<p>and   thereafter,   as   and   when   directed   by   the  Investigating<\/p>\n<p>Officer in writing to do so.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                              Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                  (R.
