Justice J.M.JAMES\n\n Dated :20\/07\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                           J.M.JAMES, J.\n                             --------------\n                          B.A. 4362\/2006\n                           ------------------\n      DATED THIS THE 20TH DAY OF JULY, 2006\n\n\n                            O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>              The   petitioner   was   arrested   on   6.7.2006   with<\/p>\n<p>three liters of illicit arrack by the Excise Range inspector<\/p>\n<p>of Vamanapuram Excise Range.   Therefore, he registered<\/p>\n<p>C.R.No.19\/2006   of  that  Excise   Range,   on   the   same   day.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner remains in judicial custody, from that date<\/p>\n<p>onwards.     Hence   this   application,   under   Section   439<\/p>\n<p>Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.      After   hearing   both   sides   and  considering   that<\/p>\n<p>the   investigation   is   complete,   and   the   petitioner   is   not<\/p>\n<p>required for further interrogation,  I grant bail and release<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioner   from   jail,   subject   to   the   following<\/p>\n<p>conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            (a.) The petitioner shall execute a bond<br \/>\n            for Rs.25,000\/-, with two solvent sureties,<br \/>\n            each for the like  sum, to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>B.A.4362\/2006<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-<br \/>\n          I, Nedumangad.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>          (b).
