Rule returnable on<br \/>\n5th April 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThere<br \/>\nwill be ad interim relief in terms of paragraph 3(A) on condition<br \/>\nthat the applicant will deposit the entire awarded amount with the<br \/>\nTribunal before the returnable date. On the deposit<br \/>\nbeing made, 70% of the same will be invested by way of F.D.R. in a<br \/>\nnationalized Bank initially for a period of three years and on<br \/>\nmaturity shall be renewed by one year at a time till the disposal of<br \/>\nthe appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>The quarterly Interest accruing on such deposit will be<br \/>\npaid to the  claimants.\n<\/p>\n<p>The said FDR shall be retained with the Nazir of the Tribunal.
