Shiv Kumar Sahu, son of Late mahavir Prasad Sahu, resident of village - Sahu\n          Parbatta, P.S. - Sahu Parbatta(Naugachhia) District - Bhagalpur.\n                                                                 ------------ Opposite Parties.\n                                             -------\n<\/pre>\n<p> 02.        25.10.2010                Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                           Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                      This is an application under Section 482 of the Code<\/p>\n<p>                           of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of order dated<\/p>\n<p>                           25.02.2009 passed by Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                           Naugachia in connection with C-72\/02 taking cognizance for the<\/p>\n<p>                           offences under Sections 342, 323, 504, 182, 211 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                           Penal Code and 25(1-b), 26 of the Arms Act.<\/p>\n<p>                                      After some arguments, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                           petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with a<\/p>\n<p>                           liberty to agitate all his points before the trial court preferably at<\/p>\n<p>                           the time of hearing on the point of charge.
