No.22378 of 2011\n                            Fuleshwari Devi\n                                 Versus\n                           The State Of Bihar\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/ 22nd July 2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                     learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioner in a capacity of being a ward<\/p>\n<p>                     member was entrusted with scheme no.2\/2008-09 for<\/p>\n<p>                     which there was a payment in her favour appertaining to<\/p>\n<p>                     Rs.65,000\/- and Item no. 5\/2008-09 for which she was<\/p>\n<p>                     entrusted   with   Rs.85,000\/-    been   alleged      to   be<\/p>\n<p>                     misappropriated by her although, the written report itself<\/p>\n<p>                     discloses that the authority concerned had measured the<\/p>\n<p>                     work done by the petitioner and got it entered in MB<\/p>\n<p>                     book (Measurement Book). Apart from this, under<\/p>\n<p>                     similar situated circumstances, other co-accused stood<\/p>\n<p>                     enlarged on bail. Petitioner, being a lady happens to be<\/p>\n<p>                     under custody since 13.04.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                     the case, the petitioner, Fuleshwari Devi is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                     released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                     with two sureties of the like amount each to the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in<\/p>\n<p>         connection with Kumarkhand P.S.
