Justice V.K.MOHANAN\n\n Dated :20\/08\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n      K.S.RADHAKRISHNAN &amp; V.K.MOHANAN, JJ\n                       -------------------\n                      W.A. 2031\/2007\n                       --------------------\n          Dated this the 20th day of August, 2007\n\n                       JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Radhakrishnan, J<\/p>\n<p>           Writ petition was preferred seeking a writ of<\/p>\n<p>certiorari to quash Ext.P6 order. The said order is passed<\/p>\n<p>by the    Government on 17.7.2007 taking note of the<\/p>\n<p>resolution No.10 dated 6.6.07 of            District Panchayat,<\/p>\n<p>Idukki and another letter dated 20.6.07 of the President,<\/p>\n<p>Idukki District Panchayat.            In such circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>Government        effected the transfer and posting of<\/p>\n<p>Sri.P.K.Jacob as Executive Engineer, District Panchayat,<\/p>\n<p>Wayanad.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Petitioner preferred Ext.P9 representation for<\/p>\n<p>conciliation of the order of transfer and also made a<\/p>\n<p>request to allow him to       continue in Idukki Panchayat.<\/p>\n<p>Alternatively he also prayed for repatriation to his parent<\/p>\n<p>department.
