Rajan Gupta IAS and others                       ......Respondent(s)<\/pre>\n<p>CORAM:-       HON&#8217;BLE MR.JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR GARG<\/p>\n<p>                           * * *<\/p>\n<p>Present:      Mr. Ramesh Singh Ahlawat-petitioner in person.<\/p>\n<p>Rakesh Kumar Garg, J.(Oral)<\/p>\n<p>CM No.16975-CII of 2009<\/p>\n<p>              Application is allowed subject to all just exceptions.<\/p>\n<p>COCP No.1314 of 2009<\/p>\n<p>              As per the averments made in this case, the petitioner had<\/p>\n<p>filed CWP No.18993 of 2008 in this Court for redressal of his grievances as<\/p>\n<p>enumerated in his legal notice which was attached with the writ petition as<\/p>\n<p>Annexure P-16.\n<\/p>\n<p>               This Court vide judgment dated 6.11.2008 disposed of the<\/p>\n<p>above CWP No.18993 of 2008 by directing respondent No.2 i.e the Higher<\/p>\n<p>Education Commissioner, Haryana, to take a final decision by passing a<\/p>\n<p>speaking order on the legal notice which was attached as Annexure P-16<\/p>\n<p>with the writ petition, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of<\/p>\n<p>the copy of the order.\n<\/p>\n<p>              It is the case of the petitioner that the aforesaid legal notice<\/p>\n<p>has been disposed of by passing order dated 10.7.2009 vide Annexure P-<\/p>\n<p>4 but while passing the aforesaid order, the respondents have not adverted<\/p>\n<p>to the pleas raised by him and thus, they have committed the contempt of<\/p>\n<p>this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\"> COCP No.1314 of 2009                                   -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             Be that as it may, admittedly, the respondent has taken a<\/p>\n<p>decision on the legal notice of the petitioner as directed by this Court and if<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner is still not satisfied with the aforesaid order, he may challenge<\/p>\n<p>the same in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Thus, I find no merit in this petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>July 24, 2009                                (RAKESH KUMAR GARG)\nps                                                   JUDGE\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Punjab-Haryana High Court Ramesh Singh Ahlawat vs Sh.
