Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :04\/02\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n                          ===================\n\n                     W.P.(C) NO.4118 OF 2008 M\n\n                    ===========================\n\n\n              Dated this the 4th day of February, 2008\n\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner   submits   that   against   Ext.P1   series   of   assessment<\/p>\n<p>orders, Ext.P2 series of appeals were filed before the 1st  respondent.<\/p>\n<p>Referring to Ext.P3, petitioner submits that these appeals were posted<\/p>\n<p>for final hearing on 11\/1\/2008 and that the matter has been heard and<\/p>\n<p>orders   have   been   reserved.     In   the   meanwhile,   revenue   recovery<\/p>\n<p>proceedings already initiated under Ext.P4 is continuing.  It is in these<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, this writ petition has been filed challenging the revenue<\/p>\n<p>recovery action.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Having   regard   to   the   fact   that   Ext.P2   series   of   appeals<\/p>\n<p>filed by the petitioner before the 1st respondent are heard and orders<\/p>\n<p>reserved, I feel that further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P4 should be<\/p>\n<p>deferred until orders are pronounced by the Appellate Authority.<\/p>\n<p>WPC 4118\/08<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                        :2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      3.       Accordingly, I dispose of this writ petition directing that<\/p>\n<p>the 1st  respondent   shall pass final orders on Ext.P2 series of appeals<\/p>\n<p>filed   by   the   petitioner   against   Ext.P1   series   of   assessment   orders.<\/p>\n<p>This shall be done as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within four<\/p>\n<p>weeks of production of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>      4.
