No.20926 of 2010\n                           MOHAN YADAV\n                              Versus\n                       THE STATE OF BIHAR\n\n                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   25.06.2010          Heard     learned     counsel    appearing    on<\/p>\n<p>                 behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                 appearing on behalf of the State.<\/p>\n<p>                       The      petitioner    is    in    custody      in<\/p>\n<p>                 connection with Sheikhpura P.S. No. 131 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                 for offences punishable under Sections 366A\/34<\/p>\n<p>                 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         Learned counsel for the petitioner with<\/p>\n<p>                 reference to the statement of the victim girl<\/p>\n<p>                 placed at Annexure-2 of the bail application<\/p>\n<p>                 given under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal<\/p>\n<p>                 Procedure, submits that the entire allegation<\/p>\n<p>                 is false.
