RAMKUMAR, J.\n                   .........................................\n                     B.A. No. 6379 of 2009\n                   ..........................................\n            Dated this the 23rd day of March, 2010.\n\n                                  ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners    who         are       the       accused    in    Crime<\/p>\n<p>No. 236 of 2009 of Chittar Police Station for offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 332, 341 and 323 r\/w Section 34 I.P.C., seek<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature.   But at the same time,             I am inclined to permit the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of interrogation and then to have their application for<\/p>\n<p>bail  considered    by     the     Magistrate            having jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly,   the    petitioners        shall     surrender   before    the<\/p>\n<p>investigating officer on 26-3-2010 or 27-3-2010 for the purpose<\/p>\n<p>of interrogation and recovery of incriminating material, if any.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioners shall thereafter be produced on the same day<\/p>\n<p>before the Magistrate concerned. On being convinced that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners have been interrogated by the police, the Magistrate<\/p>\n<p>B.A. No. 6379\/2009<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>shall release the petitioners on bail on each of them executing a<\/p>\n<p>bond for Rs. 25,000\/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with<\/p>\n<p>two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>of the Magistrate and subject to the following conditions:-<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1.    The petitioners      shall report before the<br \/>\n             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on<br \/>\n             all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2. The petitioners shall make themselves available<br \/>\n             for interrogation including custodial interrogation as<br \/>\n             and when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.    Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n             prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt to<br \/>\n             tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.    Petitioners shall not commit any offence while<br \/>\n             on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              5.
