                     for bail which was earlier rejected on merits on<\/p>\n
                     9-9-2009.\n<\/p>\n
                                 There is direct allegation against the appellant<\/p>\n
                     of firing at the chest causing death.<\/p>\n
                                 In the facts of the case, prayer of the appellant<\/p>\n
