This appeal is by the claimants for enhancement<\/p>\n
of compensation awarded by the Tribunal.\n<\/p>\n
2. Heard.\n<\/p>\n
3. For the sake of convenience parties are’.’re’ferred’._t_o<\/p>\n
as they are referred to in the clairn petitiorjfbefore the <\/p>\n
Tribunal.\n<\/p>\n
4. Brief facts of the case are:\n<\/p>\n
That on 28-3-07, whefriltheg dgceaaa sfandanam<\/p>\n
was   road, opposite Orn Shakthi
\ntemple; .oK’aiya11ari–agara_:,EBangalore, the driver of Indicab<\/p>\n
begging regi-stratiori 1\\fo. KA–53– 1062 came with high<\/p>\n
 rashwand negligent manner and dashed<\/p>\n
  a result, he fell down and sustained<\/p>\n
grievous ‘injuries and succumbed to the injuries in the<\/p>\n
it   ‘ihrospitatl on 31-3-07. His wife, four minor daughters and<\/p>\n
 filed a claim petition before -the MACT,<\/p>\n
if “Bangalore, seeking compensation of Rs.10,00,000\/–.<\/p>\n
The Tribunal by impugned judgment and award has
\n65\/<\/p>\n
awarded compensation of Rs.4,01,000\/– with interest at
\n6% p.a. Aggrieved by the quantum of compensation
\nawarded by the Tribunai the claimants are <\/p>\n
seeking enhancement of compensation.<\/p>\n
5. As there is no dispute regarding the<\/p>\n

  i.yVears”at the time of his death in the accident, as evident<\/p>\n
 the post mortem report — \u00a33x.P.7. Claimants in<\/p>\n
