Meanwhile, Ext.P1 demand<\/p>\n<p>notice has been issued and thereupon this writ petition has been<\/p>\n<p>filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Taking into account the pendency of Ext.P3 appeal and<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P4 stay petition, I dispose of this writ petition directing that<\/p>\n<p>the 1st respondent shall take up and consider Ext.P4 application<\/p>\n<p>for stay, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within four<\/p>\n<p>weeks of production of a copy of this judgment.
