HEMA, J\n                           ----------------------\n                       B.A.No. 4454 OF 2010\n                    -----------------------------------\n              Dated this the 29th day of July, 2010\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This petition is for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. The alleged offence is under section 8(2) of Abkari Act.<\/p>\n<p>According to prosecution, petitioner was found in possession of<\/p>\n<p>2.5 litres of arrack on 9.7.2010. Petitioner was arrested from the<\/p>\n<p>spot.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. Petitioner is in custody for the past 21 days. This petition<\/p>\n<p>is not opposed, since petitioner is not reported to be involved in<\/p>\n<p>any other crime of similar nature. On hearing both sides, I am<\/p>\n<p>satisfied that bail can be granted on conditions.            Hence the<\/p>\n<p>following order is passed:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             Petitioner shall be released on bail on his<\/p>\n<p>             executing a bond for Rs.25,000\/- with two solvent<\/p>\n<p>             sureties each for the like amount to the<\/p>\n<p>             satisfaction   of   the    learned     Magistrate, on<\/p>\n<p>             following conditions:\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               1)    Petitioner     shall    report    before  the<br \/>\n                   investigating officer on every alternate day<br \/>\n                   between 10 AM and 1 PM.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A. No.4454\/10                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>               2) Petitioner shall not influence or intimidate<br \/>\n                  the witnesses or tamper with evidence.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               3) In case petitioner is involved in other crime<br \/>\n                  of similar nature, the bail is liable to be<br \/>\n                  cancelled.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      This petition is allowed.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                             K.
