Justice J.M.JAMES\n\n Dated :26\/10\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                           J.M.JAMES, J.\n\n                           -------------------\n\n                          B.A. 6345\/2006\n\n                           --------------------\n\n   DATED THIS THE 26TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2006\n\n\n\n\n                              O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>              The   petitioner   is   the   first   accused,   in   crime<\/p>\n<p>No.453\/2006   of   Anchal   Police   Station,   for   the   offence<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Sections  143, 147, 447, 294(b) and 506<\/p>\n<p>(ii) IPC read with Section 149 IPC and also under Section<\/p>\n<p>27 of the Arms Act.  Hence this application.<\/p>\n<p>        2.    After   hearing   both   sides   and   considering   the<\/p>\n<p>facts   that   are   placed   before   me,   I   direct   the   petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>first   accused,   to   surrender   before   the   Investigating<\/p>\n<p>Officer, who is investigating crime No.453\/2006 of Anchal<\/p>\n<p>Police Station, on 3.11.2006 between 9.30 a.m and 10.00<\/p>\n<p>a.m.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.    The   Investigating   Officer   shall   interrogate   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   and   thereafter,     produce   him   before   the   Court<\/p>\n<p>below,  according to the law.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.
