Din Bandhu Paswan, son of Suresh Paswan\n                All resident of village - Rohiyama, P.S. - Beldour, District -\n                Khagaria.\n                                                           ----------Petitioners.\n                                    Versus\n                The State Of Bihar                        ---Opposite Party\n\n                                    ******\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   15.07.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                    and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioners apprehend their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                    connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 84\/2010 for<\/p>\n<p>                    offences under section 447, 379, 411\/34 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                    Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                    Magistrate, Khagaria.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The five petitioners who are not named in<\/p>\n<p>                    this case in spite of assertion in the formal F.I.R. that<\/p>\n<p>                    stolen properties were recovered in same sequence of<\/p>\n<p>                    raid from different houses including houses of the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioners as well as two apprehended co-accused,<\/p>\n<p>                    but the seizure list, though, said to have been<\/p>\n<p>                    prepared on the date of recovery were placed before<\/p>\n<p>                    the court concerned on different dates.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                    the case, in the event of their arrest or surrender<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          within a period of four weeks, let the above-named<\/p>\n<p>          petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>          of sum of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with<\/p>\n<p>          two   sureties   of       the   like   amount   each   to   the<\/p>\n<p>          satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in<\/p>\n<p>          connection with Beldour P.S.
