RAMKUMAR, J.\n                 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n                 Bail Application No.5180 of 2010\n                 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n                             27.09.2010\n\n                               ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the allegation that the<\/p>\n<p>Varkala Police are at his heels in connection with Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.557\/2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioner had<\/p>\n<p>appeared before the Investigating Officer       for interrogation on<\/p>\n<p>18.9.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    The     learned  Public   Prosecutor,   on   instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in the above crime<\/p>\n<p>and that the petitioner is not wanted by the Varkala Police in<\/p>\n<p>connection with the above crime.         If so, the apprehension of<\/p>\n<p>arrest and harassment entertained by the petitioner is unfounded.<\/p>\n<p>     Recording the submission made by the Public Prosecutor,<\/p>\n<p>this petition is closed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                             V.
