He undertakes to cooperate with the investigation. In<br \/>\naddition to above submissions, I have also perused the nature of<br \/>\nallegations contained in the complaint at Annexure-A vide C.R.No.I-67<br \/>\nof 2010 registered before the Dhangadhara City Police Station.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances, by allowing this application, it is ordered that<br \/>\nin the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C.R.<br \/>\nNo.I-67 of 2010, he shall be released on bail upon his furnishing a<br \/>\nbond of Rs. 20,000\/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with one surety of like<br \/>\namount to the satisfaction of the lower Court and subject to the<br \/>\nfollowing conditions :\n<\/p>\n<p>[A]\tshall<br \/>\ncooperate with the investigation and make himself available for<br \/>\ninterrogation whenever required.\n<\/p>\n<p>[B]\tshall<br \/>\nremain present at concerned Police Station on 17.1.2011 between 11:00<br \/>\nam to 2:00 pm:\n<\/p>\n<p>[C]\tshall<br \/>\nnot hamper the investigation in any manner nor shall directly or<br \/>\nindirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any witness so<br \/>\nas to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any<br \/>\nPolice Officer;\n<\/p>\n<p>[D]\tat<br \/>\nthe time of execution of bond, furnish the address to the<br \/>\nInvestigating Officer and the Court concerned and shall not change<br \/>\nthe residence till the final disposal of the case or till further<br \/>\norders;\n<\/p>\n<p>[E]<br \/>\n\twill not leave India without the permission of the Court and, if is<br \/>\nholding a Passport, shall surrender the same before the trial Court<br \/>\nimmediately<\/p>\n<p>[F]\tIt<br \/>\nwould be open to the Investigating Officer to file an application for<br \/>\nremand, if he considers it just and proper and the concerned<br \/>\nMagistrate would decide it on merits.\n<\/p>\n<p>[G]\tThis<br \/>\norder will be operative if the applicant is arrested at any time<br \/>\nwithin a period of 90 days from today .\n<\/p>\n<p>[H]\tWithin<br \/>\na period of ten days from the date of arrest, the applicant shall<br \/>\napply for regular bail which application shall be decided by the<br \/>\ncompetent Court in accordance with law without being influenced by<br \/>\nthe fact that anticipatory bail was granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRule<br \/>\nmade absolute.
