No.2582 of 2010\n                  = = = = = = = = = = =\n                Dated: 9th day of July, 2010\n\n                           ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner, who is the accused in C.C.No.1228\/2003 on<\/p>\n<p>the file of the J.F.C.M Court, Kodungallur for offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Sections 224 and 294 read with 34 IPC,<\/p>\n<p>seeks a direction to the said Magistrate to release the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner on bail on the date of his surrender itself.<\/p>\n<p>     2.   Admittedly, non-bailable warrants of arrest are<\/p>\n<p>pending against the petitioner.     The circumstances under<\/p>\n<p>which those non-bailable warrants of arrest came to be<\/p>\n<p>issued against the petitioner are not discernible to this<\/p>\n<p>Court. It is only proper that the petitioner surrenders before<\/p>\n<p>the J.F.C.M Court, Kodungallur and seeks regular bail.<\/p>\n<p>Crl.M.C. No.2582 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      Accordingly, this Crl.M.C. is disposed of permitting the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to surrender before the learned Magistrate and file<\/p>\n<p>an application for regular bail within a period of two weeks<\/p>\n<p>from today. In case, the petitioner complies with the above<\/p>\n<p>condition, his bail application shall be considered and<\/p>\n<p>disposed of on merits preferably on the same date on which<\/p>\n<p>it is filed notwithstanding the pendency of any non-bailable<\/p>\n<p>warrants against him.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nDated this the 9th day of July, 2010<\/p>\n<p>                                         V.
