\nSection  Act, before the

had come”~up for consideration before the Tribunal on<\/p>\n
  .,iu_ne,. “”” “The Tribunal, after considering the<\/p>\n
  “r1e.1eva:nt_dmateiiial available on file and after appreciation<\/p>\n
ofthe  documentary evidence, allowed the claim<\/p>\n
 npetitio\ufb02n’ in part, awarding a sum of 393,731 \/~ with<\/p>\n
  ‘interest at 8% per annum from the date of petition till<\/p>\n
_..the entire amount is paid. Being dissatisfied with the<\/p>\n

5. We have heard learned<\/p>\n
and learned counsel fo1*.,_Vp4l”i.nsurance c.priip”;:my’ for’<\/p>\n
considerable length of  <\/p>\n
6. After hearinlgllllearnddi’  the parties
\nand after of   award passed by
\nTribunal  placed before us.\n<\/p>\n
we arelof  of accident and
\nthe resultant  by appellant are not in<\/p>\n
dispute.  t V.i’s.a1.s(3~-\u00a2_nlotl in dispute that she was aged<\/p>\n
  :22 3′(:arSlll&i’C””tifie time of accident and pursuing her<\/p>\n
   course. After going through the<\/p>\n
 awarded by Tribunal. we are of the View<\/p>\n
 that it v.the compensation awarded by Tribunal at<\/p>\n
it A ‘  \u20ac’ 31 \/ –\u00bb towards medical expenses, ‘<'3(),00O\/ ~<\/p>\n
 V\u00bb .._..towards loss of amenities, discornforts and unhappiness<\/p>\n

and reasonable and does not call for interferenceg<\/p>\n

lower side and needs enhance”men:t.”‘l <\/p>\n
appellant has undergone ltrelatmenlt  of 25″?<\/p>\n
days, during which period’,i-shiepshouldlhave undergone
\nunsaid pain and    also spent
\nreasonable    nourishing food
\nand  from other incidental
\nexpenses.”   the injuries sustained
