Dilip Kumar Singh, the complainant vide an application under the RTI Act,<br \/>\n2005 dated 3.11.2008 addressed to the Commissioner of Police sought information<br \/>\nregarding a complaint filed by him dated 8.07.2008. The application was received in<br \/>\nthe office of the CPIO\/Central Dist. on 2.12.2008 who replied vide letter dated<br \/>\n1.01.2009. However, not satisfied with the reply of the CPIO, the complainant filed a<br \/>\nfirst appeal before the First Appellate Authority \/ Jt. C.P. Southern Range. Sh. Karnal<br \/>\nSingh who vide his order dated 4.02.2009, directed to CPIO to provide point-wise<br \/>\ninformation to the complainant.       In compliance of the order of the FAA, the<br \/>\nCPIO\/Central Dist. provided point-wise reply to the complaint. However, not satisfied<br \/>\nwith the reply the complainant filed a second appeal before the Commission.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2.      The matter was heard on 19.01.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3.      The complainant was not present for the hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>   4.      Smt. Achala Rampal, ACP\/RTI\/PHA, Sh. Meenu Choudhary, Addl. DCP\/C and<br \/>\n           Sh. Ram Kishan, SHO represented the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>        During the hearing the respondent submitted that requisite point-wise<br \/>\ninformation has been provided to the complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision<\/p>\n<p>        After hearing the respondent and on perusal of relevant documents, the<br \/>\nCommission finds that requisite information has been provided to Sh.
