C. Chaudhary for the petitioner prays for a week&#8217;s<br \/>\ntime to take necessary action \/ instructions in the matter.  S. O. to<br \/>\n10\/08\/2011.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tIt<br \/>\nwas stated by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the matter<br \/>\nis a &#8216;Service Matter&#8217;.
