The learned<\/p>\n<p>Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the investigation<\/p>\n<p>is almost complete and a positive final report shall be filed within<\/p>\n<p>a period of one month.            Submission of the learned Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor is accepted.         No further directions appear to be<\/p>\n<p>necessary in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    This petition is, in these circumstances, dismissed<\/p>\n<p>accepting the said submission of the learned Public Prosecutor<\/p>\n<p>that the positive final report shall be filed within a period of one<\/p>\n<p>month from this date.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.
