Further, Mr.Y. J. Patel, learned advocate who is<br \/>\nappearing for the appellants in Second Appeal No.45 of 2011 arising<br \/>\nout of the same judgment, states that he would be appearing for the<br \/>\nrespondent Nos.9 and 10 in Second Appeal No.18 of 2011. Mr.S. C.<br \/>\nPatel, learned advocate states that he would be appearing for the<br \/>\nrespondent No.9 in Second Appeal No.45<br \/>\nof 2011. It appears that in Second Appeal No.45 of 2011, the notice<br \/>\nwas issued to the respondents, however, the appellants had not<br \/>\nsupplied the copies of the memo of appeal, the office had not issued<br \/>\nthe notice.
