NO. 2232 OF 2007\n\n          =================================\n\n                    Dated this the 8th  day of  June, 2007.\n\n\n                                      O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The   revision   petitioner   stands   convicted   for   the   offence   under<\/p>\n<p>Section   138   of   the   Negotiable   Instruments   Act   and   sentenced   to<\/p>\n<p>imprisonment till the rising of the court and to pay a compensation of<\/p>\n<p>Rs.2,10,000\/-   vide   Section   357(3)   Cr.P.C   and   in   default   to   undergo<\/p>\n<p>simple imprisonment for four months.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.  Considering the concurrent findings of the courts below I find<\/p>\n<p>that the same are properly supported by the reasons.  I find no reason<\/p>\n<p>to   interfere.     In   the   circumstances,   the   conviction   and   sentence   is<\/p>\n<p>confirmed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.     All   the   same,   considering   the   plea   of   the   counsel   for   the<\/p>\n<p>revision  petitioner,  the revision petitioner  is granted  six months  time<\/p>\n<p>from today onwards to pay the amount of compensation.  The revision<\/p>\n<p>petitioner shall appear before Judicial First Class Magistrate-II(Mobile),<\/p>\n<p>Kottayam   on  10.12.2007  to   receive   sentence.     Non   bailable   warant<\/p>\n<p>pending if any shall be kept in abeyance till then.<\/p>\n<p>       The Crl. R.P is disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                K.R.
