However, on 21.12.2010, time has been extended till<br \/>\n                04.01.2010. But, in spite of that neither notice served nor supplementary<br \/>\n                affidavit filed by the petitioner. Again, the present interlocutory application<br \/>\n                has been filed for extension of time.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It appears from the record that petitioner is enjoying the interim<br \/>\n                order right from 30th November 2010. But, in spite of that he is not serving<br \/>\n                the notice as per the direction of this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Accordingly, interim order dated 30.11.2010 is hereby vacated.<br \/>\n                              Time of service of notice, as prayed by the petitioner, is<br \/>\n                extended for another one week.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Let this order be communicated to the court below for<br \/>\n                necessary action.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              I.A.
