DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 22\/07\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tRespondent<br \/>\nNo.1 is served.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard<br \/>\nthe learned advocate for the applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tBy<br \/>\norder dated 16th August 2010 passed in Special Civil<br \/>\nApplication No.6576 of 2009, the applicant-petitioner was directed to<br \/>\ndeposit Rs.2 lakhs before the trial court but the applicant was late<br \/>\nby seven days in complying with the aforesaid direction.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nwhat is stated in the application and the submission made by the<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the applicant, I am inclined to allow the<br \/>\napplicant to deposit the amount of Rs.2 lakhs, so directed, on or<br \/>\nbefore 16th August 2011 before the trial court.
