SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                    -------------------------------------\n\n                       W.P.(C)NO. 37324 OF 2004\n\n                  ----------------------------------------\n\n           DATED THIS THE 22nd DAY OF MARCH, 2007\n\n\n                                    JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       After   arguing   for   some   time   on   merits,   in   view   of   the   certain<\/p>\n<p>observations   made   by   the   Court,   the   learned   counsel   for   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners   seeks   permission   to   withdraw   this   writ   petition   without<\/p>\n<p>prejudice to the right of the petitioners to resort to appropriate other<\/p>\n<p>alternate remedies. With the leave and liberty as prayed for this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition is dismissed as withdrawn.  However, it is made clear that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner chooses to resort to such remedies the same shall be within<\/p>\n<p>one   month   from   today   in   which   case   the   authority   concerned   shall<\/p>\n<p>dispute the petitioner&#8217;s petition on merits in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                  S.
