JUSTICE HARSHA DEVANI)<\/p>\n<p>1.\t\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p>Anshin Desai, learned advocate for the respondent No.5 submits that<br \/>\nin the light of the order dated 20th January, 2011 made by<br \/>\nthis Court, the respondent No.4 &#8211; Medical Superintendent has<br \/>\ncalled upon the respondent No.5 to immediately vacate the premises in<br \/>\nquestion and that within  a span of four days, as many as four<br \/>\nnotices have already been issued to him.  It is submitted that the<br \/>\nrespondent No.5 has already made an application to the concerned Drug<br \/>\nInspector for permission to notify a place to remove and store the<br \/>\ndrugs and that obtaining such permission is likely to take a day or<br \/>\ntwo.  That considering the nature of the goods in question, the same<br \/>\ncannot be removed within a day or two and the respondent No.5 would<br \/>\nrequire at least some reasonable time to shift the goods.  Mr. Desai,<br \/>\non instructions states that in any case, the respondent No.5 would<br \/>\nvacate the premises on or before 04th February, 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tThe<br \/>\nCourt also put a query to the learned Assistant Government Pleader as<br \/>\nto what would be a reasonable time for removal of the goods from the<br \/>\npremises in question, to which  the learned Assistant Government<br \/>\nPleader, upon instructions, states that the time limit stated  by the<br \/>\nrespondent No.5 is reasonable, considering the nature of the goods in<br \/>\nquestion.  The learned Assistant Government Pleader further states,<br \/>\non instructions, that the respondents shall not take any coercive<br \/>\nsteps against the respondent No.5 till 04th February, 2011<br \/>\nso as to enable the respondent No.5 to vacate the premises on his<br \/>\nown.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tAt<br \/>\nthe request of Mr. P.R.
