The amendment shall be carried<br \/>\nout, forthwith.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThis<br \/>\npetition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been<br \/>\nfiled with the following prayers:-\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;(A)\tThat<br \/>\nYour Lordships be pleased to allow this petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>(B)\tThat<br \/>\nYour Lordships further be pleased to issue writ of mandamus,<br \/>\ncertiorari and\/or appropriate writ order or directions by way of<br \/>\nquashing and setting aside the action of the respondents not taking<br \/>\nany decision on the request dated 3.11.2005 of the employee as well<br \/>\nas on request dated 31.7.2010 of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>(C)\tSuch<br \/>\nother and further relief or reliefs as may be deemed just and<br \/>\nexpedient in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may be<br \/>\ngranted.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tAt<br \/>\nthe very outset, Mr. M.S. Trivedi, learned advocate for the<br \/>\npetitioner states that the interest of justice would be met, if<br \/>\nrespondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide representation<br \/>\ndated 31.07.2010, made by the petitioner, which is annexed at<br \/>\nAnnexure-&#8216;A&#8217;
