MAHESH BHAGWATI,J.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Mukesh Sharma, for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr. G.S. Fauzdar, Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThis order governs the disposal of  bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Mukesh Sharma Advocate on behalf of the applicant Suraj Mal pertaining to Criminal Case No. 127\/2006 pending before the court of Judicial Magistrate, North, Kota in the offence under Section 380 of IPC.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tHeard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the relevant material available on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tLearned counsel for the petitioner has   canvassed that he is being falsely implicated in this case and is in no way connected with the commission of the offences of the instant case, as such, he is entitled to crave indulgence of anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tLearned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has opposed the bail petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tHaving considered the submissions made at the bar and carefully perused the relevant material available on record, it is noticed that  the petitioner has stultified the process of law and broke the bonds of appearance. He has hampered the trial of the case for a long period of three years. He has still been absconding and now, come to seek anticipatory bail, which appears to be totally ridiculous.
