Therefore, no injunction could operate<br \/>\n\tso far as the other co-shares of the properties are concerned.\n<\/p>\n<p>Hence,<br \/>\n\tby interim order, it is directed that the original defendants No.1,<br \/>\n\t2, and 3 &#8211; opponents No.1, 2, and 3 herein shall maintain the<br \/>\n\tstatus qua the ownership right and title of the property, for which<br \/>\n\tthe agreement was entered into in favour of the applicant &#8211;<br \/>\n\tappellant. It is clarified that the present order shall not operate<br \/>\n\tqua the other defendants, who have interest in the property and<br \/>\n\twhose shares were not agreed to be purchased or sold.\n<\/p>\n<p>It<br \/>\n\tis also observed so far as the decree for direction of the refund of<br \/>\n\tthe amount and the damages are concerned, pending the appeal, would<br \/>\n\tremain stayed.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tapplication is disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p> (Jayant Patel, J.)<\/p>\n<p> (H.
