Accordingly, i pass the following:<br \/>\nM GRDER<\/p>\n<p>The appeal is allowed in-part. The impugned<\/p>\n<p>M judgment and award passed by the Tribunal is modi\ufb01ed.<\/p>\n<p>The respondents 1 and 2 are entitled to global compensa\ufb01on<\/p>\n<p>of Rs.1,S(),0i)()\/- for the death of their son aged about 5<\/p>\n<p>years. They are also enti\ufb02ed to conveyance of Rs.5000\/-<\/p>\n<p>towarcls funeral expenses and for the loss of estat1=;e&#8217;,:.&#8217;txx\\t}1e<\/p>\n<p>tune of Rs.10,(}00\/-. In all the respondents <\/p>\n<p>entitled to compensation of Rs.1,65,00(}];__ :\ufb01;&gt;gei\u00a7e\ufb01&#8217;_  <\/p>\n<p>interest at 6% p.a. from the date  of&#8217; <\/p>\n<p>the date of deposit.\n<\/p>\n<p>The amount in deposit   &#8216;any, shall<\/p>\n<p>be transferred to the pejr\ufb01\ufb01ent.
