PACHRUKHI, DISTRICT SIWAN.\n                               Versus\n                           STATE OF BIHAR\n                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   13.1.2011.              Heard        Shri     Vinay     Kirti         Singh,<\/p>\n<p>                   learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri<\/p>\n<p>                   Satyendra Narayan Singh, learned Additional<\/p>\n<p>                   Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Both       the   petitioners,     who     are     in<\/p>\n<p>                   custody   in     Pachrukhi        P.S.   Case    No.115     of<\/p>\n<p>                   2010   for     the    offence     under   Sections        147,<\/p>\n<p>                   149, 353, 307 and 309 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                   Code, have prayed for grant of bail.<\/p>\n<p>                             It      has      been      alleged       by      the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant, who is Circle Officer, Pachrukhi<\/p>\n<p>                   that while he along with force, had visited<\/p>\n<p>                   the    plot       for      executing       delivery         of<\/p>\n<p>                   possession,          the   petitioners       and        others<\/p>\n<p>                   obstructed execution and the mother of the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners,          namely,     Malti     Devi        poured<\/p>\n<p>                   kerosene oil on her and threatened to set<\/p>\n<p>                   herself   on     fire.     On   aforesaid       accusation,<\/p>\n<p>                   F.I.R. was lodged.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                   submits that on perusal of the F.I.R., no<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        offence under Section 307 of I.P.C. is made<\/p>\n<p>        out.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  Be that as it may, the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>        are in custody since 4.8.2010.<\/p>\n<p>                  Keeping    in        view    the   nature    of<\/p>\n<p>        accusation and period of custody, let both<\/p>\n<p>        the petitioners above named be enlarged on<\/p>\n<p>        bail on their furnishing bond of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>        (ten thousand)each with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>        like    amount   each     to    the     satisfaction   of<\/p>\n<p>        Chief     Judicial        Magistrate,        Siwan     in<\/p>\n<p>        Pachrukhi P.S.
