6      27.06.2011                 Learned counsel for the University states that in place of<\/p>\n
                    Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor has already been appointed. In<\/p>\n
                    view of the Court, that is irrelevant with the present proceedings. He<\/p>\n
                    further submits that this Court having held and clarified the position with<\/p>\n
                    regard to pay scale of Rs 40,940\/- in relation to the Reader, University<\/p>\n
                    and the State Auditors would like sanction before account adjustment by<\/p>\n
                    way of refund or payment would be made. Court is not impressed. This<\/p>\n
                    Court had passed the order almost a year back and if one year’s time is<\/p>\n
                    not sufficient to give effect to the order of this Court then nothing is<\/p>\n
                    sufficient.\n<\/p>\n
                                  As a matter of last opportunity, list these matters on 18th of<\/p>\n
                    July, 2011 at 4.15 pm.<\/p>\n
                                  If by that date, full compliance in respect of all the persons<\/p>\n
                    covered by the order of this Court is not shown, the Secretary, Department<\/p>\n
                    of Human Resources Development would be personally present in the<\/p>\n
