Representatives of the 3rd\n\nrespondent-Insurance Company and counsel are also present. After\n\ndiscussion, Insurance Company has offered to pay an additional\n\ncompensation of Rs.24,300\/-(Rupees twenty four thousand three\n\nhundred only) over and above what has been awarded by the court\n\nbelow, which is acceptable to the appellant. Accordingly, Insurance\n\nCompany shall deposit an additional compensation of Rs.24,300\/-\n\n(Rupees twenty four thousand three hundred only) before the Motor\n\nAccidents Claims Tribunal, Thrissur, for payment to the appellant,\n\nwithin 60 days from the date of the Award. Representatives of the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent-Insurance Company and counsel are also present. After<\/p>\n<p>discussion, Insurance Company has offered to pay an additional<\/p>\n<p>compensation of Rs.95,000\/-(Rupees ninety five thousand only) over<\/p>\n<p>and above what has been awarded by the court below, which is<\/p>\n<p>acceptable to the appellants. Accordingly, Insurance Company shall<\/p>\n<p>deposit an additional compensation of Rs.95,000\/-(Rupees ninety five<\/p>\n<p>thousand only) before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Palakkad,<\/p>\n<p>for payment to the appellants, within 60 days from the date of the<\/p>\n<p>Award.
